Observation

During onsite inspection, Licensor observed in the outdoor area turf grass is not secured and the woodchips not leveled posing a tripping hazard risk. (3)(e) During onsite inspection, Licensor observed a shelf measuring 75 inches and cubby shelf unities not secured and posing risk of tipping. (3)(f) During onsite inspection, Licensor observed that windows in the proposed classrooms did not have a barrier, and method to keep window from opening more than 3.5 inches was not functioning. (4)(b) During onsite inspection, Licensor observed outlets in proposed classrooms are not equipped with a TR outlet, an auto shutter outlet, or blank plated.
